Programmes conducted as the convener and chief organizer
- Initiative in organizing ‘Felicitation’ of ‘ National Award Winner Artists ’ of Marathi Film & Drama, at Balgandharv Mandir, Pune by the hands of Gandhian leaders Sri Balasaheb Bharde & Sri Anna Hajare, under banner of Pune City Dist Congress Committee in 1990.
- Two days “Nagari Samasya Parishad”on various problems of citizens of pune organized by PCDCC, conducted as a ‘Gen Secretary’ of Pune City-Dist. Congress.
- Active Participation in Organizing the 8 th “National Games” at Pune, as well as ‘Pune International Marathon’ & ‘Pune Festival’ during 1987 – 97.
- 150 Shivsainiks were brought in ‘Congress Party’ by me at the time of ‘Assembly Ele’ in 1991 of Kasba Constituency.. ‘Party Candidate’ won in this Ele.
- Conducted ‘SEMINAR’ on the burning issue of ‘Requirement of Affordable Flats/Houses of Poor man n’ Common Man in the old city as ‘Gaothan’.

- - Member : Standing Committee of Civic Body, Pune1992-93 Chairman ‘Audit Committee’ of Standing Committee,PMC. (During my tenure in this office I could clear no. of ‘serious objections’ of the last 10 yrs, raised by Audit dept. in PMC, with necessary actions & completed long pending backlog also).
  - Vice President : ‘City Improvement Committee’ (Took initiative in making ‘River side Road') Foundation stone led by then MP Mr S Kalmadi in 1994.

- I established PMC’s ideal school of “Vidya Niketan” no. 7, 1st in western Pune, in ‘my ward’ for needy & clever students, on Rajeev Gandhi’s birth anniversary 20th Aug 94. - I established PMC’s ‘Cultural Hall’ in name of Lt Sri Vasantdada Patil, in my ward area.
- Vice President : Health Committee PMC 1996-97 Took initiative for giving Proposal of 1st General Hospital of PMC in Western Pune, for ‘Poor & Needy People’ in the name of late Smt.Indira Gandhi.). Still it is being struggled.
- Other Accomplishments :
  - Various Public Welfare and monetary decisions were taken on the basis of my initiative n’efforts (Such as Depositing Crores of Rupees of PMC in ‘Nationalized Banks’ considering experience of Co-Op Banks, in Pune. I could prevent the ‘Harmful environmental Projects’ for City,which were supposed to be worked out in the ‘heart of city’ and in the Historical Gardens like ‘Sarasbaug, Garware Bal Bhavan’ in Pune.- We went to Latur dist. In Maharashtra, to work out relief program for the ‘earth Quake’ victims & affected people. I was 1 of delegates who dealt the task in this regard for about a week at the ‘Quake affected’ relief camp, on behalf of PMC (Civic Body).- I could arrange various social programmers like Blood Donation camps, Tree Plantation, Free Distribution of ‘Books and Note books’ to Poor n’ Needy students, from time to time and took part also in ‘Aids awareness’ drive, ‘Computer Literacy’, free Medical ‘Health Check-Up Camps’.-Conducted 4 days successful “Hunger Strike” for the building of the ‘General Hospital’ of PMC for poor and needy people in western Pune in the name of Smt. Indira Gandhi, the Strike was ended after giving the Stay by Hon CM sri Vilasrao Deshmukh.
  - - Went to tackle the situation as the only ‘office bearer’ of Congress Party (from other district) in the sensitive area of Solapur dist., during the communal riots.- Took initiative of arranging free health ‘lecture series’ of various ‘Eminent Medical Experts’ of Pune for creating the Health Consciousness, as a President of ‘Ex Student association’of NMV high school. I could also arrange the ‘felicitation Program’ for Marathi Film Artists in “- SHWAS” selected for the prestigious ‘Oscar Award’ competition, on behalf of citizens of Pune & ‘Numiya 75’ (5th Aug 04)
  - - Received the Prestigious ‘Bharat Jyoti Award’ of IIFS at New Delhi for ‘outstanding performance’ by Hon V.G.Krushnamurth & Sri Bhishmanarayan singhji (Governer- Assam,Meghalay) on 28/o4/08. Recd the ‘Best Citizen of India’ Award of India Inter. Book Service (09), ‘Rajiv Gandhi Inspiration Award’ at Pune in 2010.
  - - The responsibilities worked out successfully as the office bearer of MPYC. Organized and planned Motorcycle Rally in Western Maharashtra against then BJP- SENA lead state Govt. Took initiative in ‘Maharashtra Bachao Andolan’ &‘Tiranga Saptah’ by MPYC against then SS/BJP Govt.
  - - Took initiative as a Vice Presi of MPYC, in organizing the “Unemployed Youth & Kissan Rally” at Sangli in the presence of then IYC president Hon Satyajit Gaiakwad. The Responsibilities given by ‘Maharshtra Prdesh Congress Committee’ worked out successfully - I was sent by MPCC as the ‘Observer’ for Nasik District’s ‘Palika Election’at the time of then president sri Govind rao Adik ( October(01). Participated and took responsibility of ‘Nirdhar Yatra’ of Western Maharashtra of MPCC. Participated in ‘Dharna Programme’ under the leadership of Sri Motilalji Vora (in ch Maharashtra), against Narendra Modi Govt, at Sabarmati Ashram, in Sept 2002.
  - Responsibilities given by MPCC worked out successfully as a member of AICC Active participation in canvassing of party’s Candidates in Parliament & Assembly Elections in Gujrat, Durg, Raipur(Chhattisgarh) etc. I had b’n Sent as the ‘Observer of MPCC’ to Akkalkot , Dudhani, Maindergee ‘Nagarpalika Elections’ in Solapur dist. I could deal with it successfully and brought majority to the congress party in 3 palika ele. Sent as the ‘Observer of MPCC’ to Ahamadnagar Dist for “ZP Election” 2007. So Congress got majority than NCP. I could deal with my job successfully with the co-operation of Senior Leaders in the District. Sent as an ‘Observer’of AICC, at dist – W.Champaran, Bihar (Where my candidate had highest votes than other candidates in whole dist.) I had worked out the responsibility very sincerely with Sec AICC sri V Hanumantrao, at ‘Hariyana Bhavan’ Delhi at the time of ‘Hariyana Assembly Ele’.
  - Responsibilities taken during this LS Poll (2009) Chief convener – public Meetings & Rallis for Candidate of Pune LS May 09. So I could Represent the ‘Congress Party’ & its Candidate Shri Suresh Kalmadiji, in ‘live group discussion’ program of ‘Awaj Kunacha’ with all main candidates for ‘Pune LS poll’ successfully, on renown Tv Chanel IBN Lokmat on 13th Apr 09)
  - Paticipation in Latest debate on IBN Lokmat on 27th April 12 regarding ‘Whether Congress is doing politics in Master Sachin’s nomination as MP (Rajysabha) & UPA’s Three Yr completes (on 9th May 12)
  - My articles on various imp issues (ie. ‘Soniaji’s Pragalbhata’(Daily Lokmat), Muthechi Mithi na hovo’(Daily Sakal), ‘Netrutvachi unchi’ jativar adharit ka kartabgariwar? (Daily Lokasatta), ‘Lokmatacha sudnya Rashtriya kaul’(Daily Lokmat), ‘Wisdom based Verdict’ (The Hindu, Delhi) were Published in leading news papers, for which got good responses.
